This software is distributed for
SUNY by ITEC. Each participating
campus has a License Manager and a Technical Coordinator. The
License Manager must contact ITEC for the software.
Technical questions should be forwarded to the Technical
Coordinator. Listed below are the License Managers and Technical Coordinators for the
participating campuses. Software will be shipped to the License
Manager only.
If you are one of these contact people, an @task account has been created for you. Please open a new @task issue in the "ITEC Helpdesk - ASI" helpdesk queue and choose the appropriate topic for the software. If you are new to @task and unsure about its use, documentation can be found on the AtTask Web Access Page. If you are not one of these contact people, you need to talk to them to arrange for the software to be installed or for technical support. |
