ITEC.SUNY.EDU will not be       accessible during that time.  Any questions that you normally send       to ITEC (scacad, scadm or scsys), please send to brownrn@       microage.wny.com during this shutdown time stating which group you       wish to be notified.  2.0  Summary of hardware problems requested       At the last Wizard Seminar held April 29 & 30 at the Syracuse       Training facility some hardware concerns were voiced about Digital       2100 systems.       Please send SCSYS a summary of hardware problems you experienced       during the past six months on your 2100 system.       This will help in escalating the system problems to Digital.  3.0  DEC Maintenance agreement       During the recent Wizard seminar, Digital announced a new       state-wide maintenance contract which will supply significant       discounts on hardware maintenance.  You should contact your local       Digital representative indicating you want to be transferred to this       immediately.  Next week Digital will be following up with a letter       describing other options available under this contract.  It is       important that you contact your service representative to have       these rates go into effect immediately.
