Speakingof severe snowfall...Buffalo has had quite a bit of bad weather the last fewweeks.  The city was closed for astate of emergency before Thanksgiving and one day last week the Mayor andCounty Executive requested businesses close early. When this happens there is no office staff at ITEC to take your phonecalls BUT the professional staff can monitor REMEDY.  We strongly encourage you to use REMEDY when contactingITEC. As mentioned above, Remedy tickets can be opened and viewed from ourhomepage at www.itec.suny.edu. In addition, emergency cell phone numbers are listed on ITECsvoicemail message at 716-878-ITEC(4832).
