1. Oracle CPU JAN2006 for Application Server 9.0.4.2
Due to bug 4991459, the JAN2006 CPU (patch 4863761) for Application Server (9.0.4.2) on Windows platforms should not be applied if you are running forms. The CPU will cause forms not to function. Oracle Note: 343385.1 will be updated once the patch has been re-released.
Please note this bug effects Windows platforms only.
