Usercode scacad@itec.suny.edu, referred to as Academic Support, provides assistance to all programming languages, word processing and specialized software packages. (contact SCADM for COBOL support)

SCACAD is the account you should email if you do not know what ITEC account (SCACAD, SCSYS or SCADM) should receive your message. The message will be passed on to the correct account.

If campuses have documentation they think might be beneficial to other campuses, send the documentation to SCACAD to be reviewed and put into an accessible area for retrieval. Currently, documentation is under the SUNY link on ITEC's front home page.
