| ESRI software is distributed for
SUNY by ITEC. Each participating
campus has a License Manager and a Technical Coordinator. The
License Manager must contact ITEC for the software.
Technical questions should be forwarded to the Technical
Coordinator. Listed below are the License Managers and Technical Coordinators for the
participating campuses. Software will be shipped to the License
Manager only.
If you are one of
these contact people, an AtTask account has been created for you.
Open a new AtTask issue with the subject "ESRI Software
Request" and list the software that you need or "ESRI Support
Question" and enter the question. If you are new
to AtTask and unsure about its use, documentation can be found on the AtTask
Web Access Page. If you prefer, you may send email to ITEC
and we will open an AtTask issue for you and walk you through the process.
If you are
not one of
these contact people, you need to talk to them to arrange for the
software to be installed or for technical support.
