The SUNYCard Overview Meeting provides your campus with a detailed presentation of the SUNYCard program and allows the vendors the opportunity to determine your campus requirements for successful implementation of SUNYCard. It is recommended that representatives from any campus department that currently interact with an identification card system or may do so in the future, participate in this initial Overview Meeting. The meeting requires approximately five hours, with an hour or so allocated to a general overview. After this overview, there are "breakout" sessions designed for specialized areas of interest, i.e. banking services, telecom, library and network system administration. The SUNYCard team consists of seven or eight members and the SUNYCard Coordinator assigned to your campus. To help ensure a productive overview meeting, your campus will be asked to provide the following:

The SUNYCard Implementation & Technical Specialist, Coordinator and vendors work together with the campus to achieve a productive Overview Meeting enabling the campus to begin the implementation process for the carding event.
