• Email Address
• First Name/givenName
• Last Name/sn

You can obtain the above information by accessing the SUNY Federation attribute diagnostic page ( https://idm.suny.edu/sso-tools/fedAuthenticate.jsp ).   The information we need should be listed towards the top of that page.
